The IIHF Juniors were held across 11 days in Ottawa for the first time since 2009. The Championship brought in 10 teams for 29 games and 350,000 fans from around the world. Its success is a great demonstration of the ability of Ottawa to hold major tournaments. The Sword team in Ottawa were deployed across multiple sites including TD Place, the fan zones and team hotels for fan screening, asset protection, venue and team security.
