Alibaba Gateway

Alibaba and Gateway Canada was a one-day event held to educate Canadian companies, agribusinesses, entrepreneurs, and the travel and hospitality industry about tapping the rapidly growing demand among Chinese consumers for imports and international tourism experiences. The event took place on September 25, 2017 at the Enercare Centre in Toronto.

The event attracted approximately 500 businesses from across Canada, Gateway Canada had numerous guest speakers and keynote addresses by Jack Ma and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in category breakout sessions, business solution sessions and marketplace networking opportunities. Sword were contracted directly by the event organizers to provide close protection to Alibaba executives, access control and attendee screening services, our management team also worked closely with the RCMP in connection with the Prime Minister’s visit.
